Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification once your order has been shipped.
Rates and Domestic Shipping
Estimates Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over €60 within a 10km radius of Héron.
Local deliveries are made starting from 6:00 PM on weekdays. We will contact you via SMS using the phone number you provided during checkout to notify you of the delivery date.
In-Store Pickup
After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 6 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping services to the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands (excluding Wadden Islands), and France (excluding overseas territories and Corsica).
At the moment, we do not ship to other countries.

If you offer multiple international shipping options, you can also list them in a table. You can include longer delivery times (e.g., 8 to 20 days) for international shipments, as expectations can vary significantly based on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Doude is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@doude-design.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to PO Boxes. If any of your carriers fall into this category, you must review their policy and communicate it to your customers.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total order amount minus the return shipping fees. The full refund policy can be found here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@doude-design.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
